If you are paying for your Practising Certificate (PC) yourself, you will need to pay via your MySWRB account. NOTE your payment will show up as Ezidebit on your bank statement.
If you are expecting your employer to pay (and they are not an Authorised Employer with us), you will need to pay for yourself, and then ask your employer to reimburse you or ask your employer if you are able to pay using a company credit card.
We cannot invoice your employer.
Remember you are responsible for paying for your own practising certificate fees.
Part payment
When paying for your Practising Certificate (PC) you can choose to pay off your fees by spreading your payments throughout the year.
* You can vary the amount you pay each month or quarter, as long as it is paid off by 1 May the following year. You could choose to do this in monthly payments of $55.90 or quarterly payments of $139.75 (see chart below).
* You will need to log in to your MySWRB account to pay each time. Please note that you will need to initiate each and every instalment via your MySWRB account as this is not something we can automate on your behalf.
* You will need to make an initial $200 deposit.
* This is only available for the PC fee and the Disciplinary levy total of $759.
These are the steps to follow:
- Log into MySWRB – your username is the email address that we have on your file.
- Complete your practising declaration.
- Read and accept the Terms and Conditions which covers part payments.
- Submit your declaration and pay your $200 deposit (to do this simply edit the amount in cart).
- Our system will send you a reminder email to make your next payment every month, even if you choose to make quarterly payments.
To make your next part payment:
- Log into MySWRB
- Make your next payment (edit the amount in cart to the monthly or quarterly amount).
If you have PC debt on your account from previous years your PC will sit as under review. You will need to resolve your debt or come to an agreement with us before your PC can be released to you.
