COVID-19 Protection Framework – advice for visitors to SWRB

With the move to the COVID-19 Protection Framework on 3 December 2021, SWRB expects all external visitors to be fully vaccinated and to be able to produce their Vaccine Pass.

Our building landlords have confirmed that they require all visitors and contractors to have a valid Vaccine Pass to enter the premises.  In addition, the SWRB expects to follow the advice laid out in the Public Service workforce guidance for the COVID-19 Protection Framework. This guidance is designed to protect the communities that public servants interact with, and the health and safety of public servants themselves, while ensuring New Zealanders can access the services they need, in line with the COVID-19 Protection Framework.

If you are visiting our office, we expect you to show your Vaccine Pass and to scan the QR code when arriving.

If you are not fully vaccinated or would rather not share your vaccination status with us, please advise us at least 24 hours before your visit. We would be happy to discuss alternative ways to meet with you, for example meeting virtually by electronic means. If you are feeling unwell with cold or flu-like symptoms please do not visit SWRB at this time.

We will keep our guidance under review as we all adjust to the new framework and the changing nature of the pandemic.
