Legislation relating to amendments recommended in the SWRB 2020 review of the Social Workers Registration Act 2003 (the Act) has been tabled today in the Social Workers Registration Amendment Bill.

The SWRB welcomes the opportunity to see social work discussed by the House as the Bill progresses. The next step will be a debate in the House before it is sent to Select Committee to hear submissions.
