NZ Police Request and Consent vetting form
We recommend submitting your competence assessment application and full payment at least four – six weeks prior to your current competence expiry date. You can email your competence assessment application in a PDF format to swrbcompetence@swrb.govt.nz
All competence assessment applications are sent to external assessors on a Friday. If your competence assessment application is received after 5pm on a Thursday, it will not be processed until the following week.
